I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, devoted wife, and mother of three. I have spent the past eight years serving the Purdue community in modern healthcare. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse in the hospital setting, caring for patients on a medical-surgical floor where I developed a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Through my experience in traditional healthcare, I felt called by the Creator to explore a broader understanding of healing. This calling led me on a journey into holistic health and natural healing modalities. Along the way, I discovered that true wellness often involves addressing not only the physical body, but also the emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects of health.
In 2023, I received my certification in Aleph-Tav Body Systems, a holistic modality designed to support the body’s natural balance and alignment. In February 2025, I completed training to become a Holistic Nurse Coach, further expanding my ability to guide individuals in making meaningful and sustainable changes to support their health and well-being. In July 2025, I became a certified practitioner in Resonance Repatterning, a modality that focuses on identifying and transforming patterns that influence well-being in order to restore harmony and balance.
Through my work, I am passionate about helping individuals discover natural ways to manage and maintain their health. I believe in empowering people with knowledge, tools, and support so they can actively participate in their own healing journey.
Jocosity represents my personal mission of self-healing and restoration. What began as a deeply personal journey has grown into a calling to help others pursue wholeness, balance, and greater alignment in their lives.

To Grandma Nafziger — the woman who showed me what it means to love the Lord with all your heart.
You were the most compassionate, loving, and faithful woman I have ever known. Words will never fully express how special you are to me. You were a lighthouse in my life, a light I will never forget.
You inspired me to seek the Lord, and that journey has been the most rewarding experience of my life. You showed me what it means to live as a vessel for YHWH and how powerful that calling can be.
Until the day we meet again and rejoice together in the Kingdom of Heaven, I will live out the last words you spoke to me:
“Teach your children to LOVE the Lord.”
This is now my mission—a mission that will continue not only through my children, but through the work and purpose I share with the world.
